It is therefore important that Management should provide an acceptable norm of conduct, to preserve peace, discipline and respect in the relationship between and among the employees and the Management. The primary purpose of this Manual is to provide general guidelines about DAPSC policies and procedures for employees in becoming familiar with the privileges and obligations of employment.
This Manual is not intended to be restrictive nor all-encompassing and shall be without prejudice to the application of existing Philippine labor laws and jurisprudence. The Company, whenever necessary, may disseminate such other polices, rules and regulations relative to employee conduct and discipline which shall be deemed automatically incorporated into this Manual. The Company may also delete, amend or revise existing definitions and/or penalties.
